You will need PsP X /Animation Shop. Ulead's particle free plugin
Tube, font of choice.Various brushes for text effects.My template
I am using a tube from Keith Garvey purchased from StickerChick.
StickerChick to obtain your own licensed images to work with.
Open up my template in PsP. Windows duplicate and close the original
for future creating.
Open the tube you will be using. Edit copy back to our template,
edit paste as new layer.
Position to where you would like. Add a drop shadow if you'd like.
Grab your text tool , create as vector and add your text(s) of
choice. "Bring it" "2007" "Rock On" "Your name" "Party Hard" "Pay
With each text ,use different fonts and convert to raster and apply
various texture brushes for text effects. You could even copy the
background layer and paste into selection for texture as well.
Once you are happy with your text. Add your watermark, your artists
Click on your billboard layer to make active. Layers
duplicate,Layers duplicate. You will now have 3 layers of your
billboard . Right click on the duplicated layers and rename
Billboard2 and Billboard3.
Click on Billboard to make active.
Effects/Plugins/Ulead Effects/Particle .
Click on load and load Stars2 with these settings. Choose 3 colors
from your tube.
Click on Billboard2 to make active.
Click on the random button once. Click ok.
Click on Billboard3 to make active.
Click on the random button twice. Click ok.
-Hide Billboard, Billboard2,Billboard 3 Layers. Edit copy merged.
Open up Animation Shop. Edit paste as new animation. Back to PsP.
--Unhide Billboard layer. Keep Bill2 and Bill3 still hidden. Edit
copy merged. Back to animation shop. Edit paste after current frame.
Back to PsP.
--Hide Billboard layer and Billboard 3 layers. Unhide Billboard 2.
Edit copy merged. Back to animation shop. Edit paste after current
frame. Back to PsP.
---Keep hidden Billboard layer and hide Billboard2 layer. Unhide
Billboard3 . Edit copy merged. Back to animation shop. Edit paste
after current frame.
File, optimization wizard , save and you're done!
