I am using an image from my Joel Adams Gild Package.

Open the tube you will be using and my template.
File new, 500x500 transparent image.
Effects, Plugins, Flaming Pear, Glitterato, with these
settings.Choose colors from your tube.

Click on my template, edit copy,
Back to our canvas , edit paste as new layer.
Click on Raster1 , edit copy.
Click back onto Raster2,
Selections, select all, selections float.
Edit, paste into selection.
Selections, select none.
Effects, edge effects, enhance.
Effects, Plugins, VM Instant Art, Barbwire with these settings.
Adjust the slider of red, green and blue to compliment your
tube.

Layer duplicate.
Click back onto Raster 2.
Effects, Plugins, Flaming Pear, Twist with these settings.

Click back onto Copy of Raster 2 .
Effects, 3d effects, drop shadow with these settings.

Lower the opacity on this layer to 40-50 .
Click on your tube , edit copy ,
Back to our canvas, edit paste as new layer.
Effects, 3d effects, drop shadow , click ok to repeat the
settings we used earlier.
Image, picture frame with these settings.

Effects, 3d effects, drop shadow,keep the settings the same but
change the color from white to black.
Grab your crop tool with these settings.Click the green arrow
to crop.

Image resize, 450x447 pixels all layers checked.
Click on Raster 1,Select your foreground and background colors.
Grab your text tool. With these settings.

Grab your magic wand and select different linebars in your
text.


Adjust Add/Remove Noise, Add noise uniform, monochrome, 30%
Effects, 3d effects, drop shadow click ok to apply the settings
we used earlier.
Selections, select none.
Effects, 3d effects, drop shadow click ok to apply the settings
we used earlier.This is a perfect font to animate too.*S*
Adjust Add/Remove Noise, Add noise uniform, monochrome, 50%
Add your watermark, your artists credits.
File, export jpg optimizer.
Save and we're done!
