Glitz Noize

You will need Corel PsP 8,9 or 9X Tutorial is wrote in version 9X
EyeCandy's 3.1 Plugin/HSB Noise
A  tube,  and font of choice.My Mask . 
 have used images from artist Carlos Diez. Check out the Gild
to receive your own license to work with these images.

My mask and dot template.
Open my dot template in psp.Open the tube you will be using as well.
File new, 450x450 white canvas.
Layer, new raster layer and flood fill with black.
Layers Load/Save Mask, Load mask from disk.
With these settings.

Layers, delete , click yes to the popup.
Merge, merge group.
Go to your dot template, edit copy , edit paste as new layer onto our canvas.
Layers duplicate.
Effects, plugins, eyecandy3.1 , HSB Noise with these settings.

Layers duplicate.

Making sure Copy (2) of Raster 1 is active.
Go to your tube , edit, copy , edit paste as new layer onto our canvas.
Grab your text tool with these settings. Foreground color is a color from your tube. Background color black.

Using the nodes, resize, rotate your text. Once happy right click on vector 1 and convert to raster.
Selections, select all, selections float.
Selections, modify and contract by 3.00.
Effects, 3d effects, cutout with these settings.

Selections, float.
Effects, 3d effects, cutout with these settings.

Selections , select none.
Effects, 3d effects, drop shadow with these settings.

Effects, plugins, eyecandy 3.1 , HSB Noise click ok to repeat the previous settings we used earlier.
Right click on raster 2. (Your tube layer.) Arrange, move up.
Add your watermark, your artists credits .
Open up animation shop.Back to psp.
Hide Copy(2) of Raster1,
Edit copy merged. Back to animation shop. Edit paste as new animation.

Hide Raster1 and unhide Copy of Raster1. Edit, copy merged. Back to animation shop. Edit paste after current frame.

Hide Raster1 and Copy of Raster 1. Unhide Copy (2) of Raster 1. Edit, copy merged. Back to animation shop. Edit paste after current frame.


File, optimization wizard, save and you're done.
