Pointillism

You will need Corel 10. But can be completed in earlier versions of.
Virtual Painter Plugin , This comes installed with  PsP.

*If you do not have apply a different effect to your text.*
A tube, font of choice. My Mask Download to your PsP/Masks folder.
I have used images from artist Carlos Diez. Check out the Gild
to receive your own license to work with these images.

Let's Begin.

Open the tube your intend to use.
File new 400x400 canvas.
Flood fill with #c71b1b.
Layers, new raster flood fill this layer with white.
Layers, load/save mask, Load from disk.
Scroll and find my cafeMSK12Cindy~R mask with these settings.

Layers, Delete, Answer Yes to the popup.
Layers, merge, merge group.
Click on your tube, edit copy. Back to our canvas, edit paste a
new layer.
With your mover tool,position your tube to where you would
like.
Adjust blur, gaussian blur, 10.00
Effects, Plugins/Virtual Painter/Oil Painting, click ok .
Edit, paste as new layer.(Your clipboard is holding the tube we
pasted earlier. *S*)
Effects, 3d effects, drop shadow with these settings.

With your mover tool, position your tube to where you would
like.
Grab your text tool foreground to white and background color to
#c71b1b.
with these settings.

Using the nodes resize and stretch your text. Once happy, right
click on vector 1 and convert to raster.
Layers, arrange, move down.
Select your text layer, (Raster 4).
Selections, Select All,Selections Float.
Selections modify and contract by 4.00
Effects, Plugins/Virtual Painter/Pointillism , with these
settings.

Adjust, Hue and Saturation/Colorize with these settings.

Effects, 3d effects, drop shadow, click ok to repeat the
settings we used earlier.
click ok .
Selections, Invert.
Adjust Add/Remove Noise , Add noise with these settings.

Selections, Select none.
Effects, 3d effects, drop shadow with these settings.

Add your watermark, your artists credits.
Crop off any excess white , Image add borders 2 color black.
File, export, jpg optimizer, save and you're done!
